Please read the following Terms & Conditions before entering the Khushi’s National Curry Week Competition.

 

1. The Prize

• The winner will receive:

1. A meal for two people from Khushi’s Tasting Menu

2. One cocktail or mocktail per guest

3. A table reservation for two people at Khushi’s, 61 Forrest Road, Edinburgh

• The prize is for two guests only and no additional food, drinks or extras are included.

2. Booking Requirements

• The prize must be booked in advance directly with Khushi’s.

• The prize can be redeemed Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability.

• The prize cannot be redeemed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, special event dates, Christmas party dates, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any other dates excluded by Khushi’s.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

• The competition is open to UK residents only.

• Employees of Khushi’s, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions stated on the original competition post or promotional material.

• Only entries submitted correctly before Sunday 18th October will be included.

• Multiple entries will be excluded.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted directly by Khushi’s on Monday 19th October.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Khushi’s reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Prize Redemption

• The prize must be redeemed within 1 month of the winner being notified.

• The winner must contact Khushi’s in advance to arrange their booking.

• The booking is subject to restaurant availability and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date or time.

7. Prize Restrictions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No cash alternative will be offered.

• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, promotion or set menu.

• Any additional food, drinks, service charge or extras ordered outside of the prize package must be paid for by the winner and/or their guest on the day.

8. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• The winner must inform Khushi’s of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

• Khushi’s will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that dishes or drinks are completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

9. Changes and Availability

• Khushi’s reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Menu items and drinks are subject to availability and may change.

• Khushi’s reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

10. Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees that Khushi’s may announce their name or social media handle as the winner.

• No additional personal information will be published without consent.

11. Data Protection

• Personal information provided for the competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

12. General

• Khushi’s reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Khushi’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
