Diced breast of chicken in a garlic based marinade, cooked in the clay oven with a hint of mango

Cooked in mild almond and coconut gravy
Chicken Tikka Masala
Charcoal grilled chicken tikka with chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh green spice, fenugreek and fresh cream

We use locally sourced fresh Scottish lamb for all our lamb dishes

Fresh spinach infused with garlic, cumin, green chilli and a touch of cream

Lamb Jalfrezi
Julienne of ginger, tomatoes and peppers in a tangy sauce
